Do the basics

We’ll start first with your equipment which is staple in any game like Iron Blade: Medieval Legends RPG. You have to change your equipment when you need to. You don’t have to change it all the time but when your equipment isn’t do the job then its time to change. One other basic thing you need to do is grow your character of course. Try to make your guy stronger and better with their abilities and others.

Craft your own gear

A little bit later on you can craft and create your own gear or equipment. You get these equipment when they drop from the levels or when you buy them from the shop. You can also just craft your own items that you can use. In some cases what you craft maybe worse than what you already have on but just sell it for some resources.

Your tapping reaction

Unlike your basic hack and slash, you will be tapping on the screen. The buttons are pretty much scattered all over the screen such as attacking, defending and your abilities. You need to be extra fast when you do tap and swipe on the screen. You may need a little practice for this since you might end up losing most of the time. Just have good reactions when you press on the screen.

Using your abilities

You are allowed to change your abilities outside of battle. Equipping the right ability is a must. Now when you use your abilities during the battles, they go on a cooldown for a couple of seconds. The thing to remember is that you don’t need to use your abilities when there isn’t a need to. You never know when you might need an ability and its on cooldown.

Do the campaign

Most of the time you’ll just be playing on the campaign or the story mode. You can get different items and of course you progress the story. Think of the campaign as the one helping you get ahead but you can also do the older missions and use them as a grinding spot in case your character still needs to get stronger.

Know the enemy patterns

The earlier levels of Iron Blade: Medieval Legends RPG are a cakewalk. The later levels though can become hell even if you have good equipment and abilities. The enemies would be the problem as there are some that get smarter later on which is why you need to find out their patterns. Try to survive those monsters and enemies or just go back if you fail.
